  1. Keep track of all spending approved by RSVP

Post-event

  1. Provide accounting and receipts documenting the spending in order to be reimbursed

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

There are three ways RSVP can do this.

1. The preferred way: RSVP will make a direct C-Fund transfer reimbursing your approved spending after the event.

2. Alternative: RSVP can directly reimburse your out-of-pocket spendings to your personal account.

3. If necessary: RSVP can transfer a partial amount to your C-Fund before the event and reimburse the full amount afterwards, or purchase some of the items on your behalf.

FAQ:

1. Is there a timeline for funding application?

The application is available year-round and considered on a rolling basis. We recommend that you submit the request at least two weeks prior to your event to give us sufficient time to process your application. In general, you will get a response up to a week after you present at an RSVP meeting.

2. What is the maximum amount I can get?

In most cases we cap our funding at $250 per semester, but we are happy to discuss any additional needs.
